My Sun, Your Moon
In December of 2019 two lives where changed. AD, a single mom and the bearer of this tattoo, told us about the adoption of her daughter when she was 5 years old. Eleven years later, on her daughters birthday, AD and her daughter had identical tattoos done, in the same location on their arm as a sign of their bond and love for each other.
As it was explained to us, the analogy is the relationship between the two woman, AD being the sun and her daughter being the moon. They are forever captured in each others orbit like celestial bodies in the sky.
